I never signed up for not storing the data on my PC! There should have been a copy on my PC even after you introduced the browser extension.
It just feels like they are bullying me into buying the subscription and I am offended by that! I have paid for what I wanted, pls do not push me around. My passwords since 2018 are missing! I have been following up with them to give me my data but despite repeated requests, they are not giving me clear answers. Fortunately, no matter if Im on my phone or my laptop, RoboForm remembers everything. As a senior, my memory is not always so great. Ive wound up with hundreds of logins for all types of sites. For the past 15 years, RoboForm has been indispensable for me. Now that I have bricked my old laptop, when I log in from another PC into the Chrome browser (still only a single device), I am unable to see all of my passwords. RoboForm makes being online a lot easier. Apparently, at some time RoboForm introduced the Chrome extension and since then my data automatically was stored online and they stopped storing it on my PC. I wrote to customer service on Jan 31, 2022, since then I have had an exchange of 19 messages with the customer service team but they have not helped me with my data. I was expecting my RoboForm data to be on my hard drive but it wasn't there. However, they have failed me when I needed them the most! Recently, my laptop crashed however I was able to access my hard drive from another computer. Back in the days, I bought a perpetual license for 1 device. I have used Roboform for more than 7 yrs.
